Heritage Valuation Services has its roots in the tradition of the appraisal industry. Through the merger of two great regional appraisal firms Heritage Valuation Services, its clients and its appraisers, benefit from the experience that working in the industry as appraisers has given us.
Heritage Valuation Services is now taking that industry success and experience and adapting it to a wide variety of valuation services. By applying appraisal industry knowledge, an understanding of current technology, and the understanding of the rigorous compliance environment our clients are faced with allows Heritage Valuation Services to be unique in the valuation industry.

At Heritage Valuation Services, we believe that great communication is the key to success. This includes great communication with our clients, and great support for our appraisers. We work hard to make sure that we have personal relationships with all of our partners. Our knowledgeable staff focuses on complete customer satisfaction. We take accountability, and we continually strive to be the best valuation services group in the industry. Part of accomplishing this goal is our emphasis on innovation. We make sure that we are on the forefront of regulatory and professional developments so that we can always make sure that we are providing clients with the tools they need to stay current, competitive, and relevant in this ever-changing industry.
How we mAKE A DIFFERENCE
Not only is it important to us to be good corporate citizens, but we want to be just all around good people. We care about our people, we care about our clients, and we care about our communities. As part of our goal to be active agents of change, a portion of appraisal fees goes to Habitat for Humanity. Our team also spends a day every summer working on a Habitat home.
We also believe in being green. In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint, Heritage Valuation Services is a paperless office. We are continually striving to make environmentally friendly decisions.
