Orders are placed by lenders through our online portal, and are reviewed to ensure we have all documentation necessary being placed with one of our qualified field appraisers.

In partnership with a cutting-edge review platform, all of our appraisals go through an automated and manual QC review process.  Our review process is managed by real appraisers, and is customized to the specific needs of our lenders, minimizing post-completion revision requests for requirements not communicated at the time of appraisal order.  Information and guidelines for our requirements and review process are provided at the time of order acceptance, and most appraisers find that if those requirements are followed, the revision request rate is minimal.  Our review department is headed by appraisers holding national appraisal review designations, and are always available to answer questions or provide assistance.  We link directly to the UCDP portal of the lender and work with you to address any warnings on the Summary Submission Report (SSR) prior to submission of the report to the client, further reducing post-completion revisions.  Any other revisions needed after delivery will be handled by us, and we will work with you to make sure you have the information you need to complete the revision requests quickly and easily.

Things are different at Heritage Valuation Services.  We were founded by a group of appraisers, and our staff have appraisal backgrounds.  We believe that the appraiser is the expert, and the key to providing great service to our clients is having a great relationship with our panel of appraisers.  Our knowledgeable staff is here to answer your questions and provide resources.  Assignments are made based on geographical competence rather than assigned to the lowest bidder.  Our appraisers set their own fees, and we pay those fees.  Because we value your hard work and diligence, preference in assigning orders is given to those appraisers that submit assignments promptly, communicate delays throughout the process, and comply with our guidelines.  Sign up for our panel below and experience the Heritage difference.
